My mind was blown by the clean and beautifully decorated room at this homestay. The owner went above and beyond, helping me book a limousine bus and suggesting an incredible Halong Bay tour. The location was super convenient, with restaurants and sightseeing spots within walking distance. The staff were incredibly helpful and even assisted other guests in need. Despite some minor issues with the beds being a bit hard and the towels being cut in half, I would definitely stay here again if I ever visit this city!

The room we stayed in was absolutely lovely! The shared kitchen was fully equipped and the fridge came in handy. The private bathroom had a shower with complimentary toiletries and a hair dryer. The quadruple room had a balcony and patio with a beautiful tile/marble floor. As a couple, we really enjoyed the air conditioning in the double room. the rooms were comfortable and had all the necessary amenities.

Personally, we found the soundproofing in the double room to be lacking. It was a bit noisy at times.

We had a great stay at Bay - Ha Long Homestay. the location was super convenient, with a line of restaurants right outside the homestay. the staff were very helpful, and the owner even booked a shuttle to the airport for our friends. the place was clean, comfortable, and had everything we needed. We liked the cozy feel of the place, and it was in a quiet area.

It was also just a short walk to nearby amenities and a convenience store. Cons: the only downside was the beds being very hard, but apart from that, we would definitely stay here again.

I was surrounded by beautiful temples, had free parking, and enjoyed complimentary bottled water. I even found a secret storage room. Oh, and let's not forget the "featured amenities" - luggage storage, how exciting!

Oh, the airport is only a mere 37 km away. What a convenient location for frequent flyers like me!
